Great, succinct information

The only improvement would be to include the research and recommendations from the episode in the notes so I can look into them. I appreciate the research Australian Unis are doing in this space.

Easily understood and informative

I really enjoyed this series, as with a previous one of hers. It's written for the layperson, but doesn't leave you feeling stupid. Super informative. I'd definitely recommend this.

Super informative

Have really enjoyed listening to the audiobooks from Joanna McMillan, she just explains the food science really well and easy to understand , can highly recommend both Mindful and Gutful, thanks
