About this listen
Do you want your child to learn fundamental mindfulness skills that allow them to be resilient, deal with stress in a healthy way, and truly thrive? Mindfulness gives kids a toolkit to help them engage more fully with themselves and the world.
Sadly, most of the mindfulness literature available is geared toward adults. Asking a child to sit still and “be mindful” or “concentrate on their breath” for 20 minutes doesn't work. The activities and meditations in this bundle were professionally designed and recorded to teach fundamental mindfulness skills to kids in a fun, engaging way.
By learning to live mindfully, your child will:
- Develop better focus
- Discover how to cope with difficult emotions
- Perform better in school
- Develop emotional intelligence skills
- Learn how to fall asleep/relax faster
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Foster compassion and empathy
- Live a happier, calmer life, and much more...
PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

American Robot Voice
My daughter couldn't get in to this book at all. It agitated her more so much she couldn't even take the messages on board. She found the voice very hard to listen to, and I had to agree, at times it sounded like a female robot voice, similar to how a computer reads. Siri has more character in her voice! (One voice was worse than the other)
Pity, as it sounded so promising, and there doesn't seem to be very much geared towards kids for this type of thing (only by the same people).
