Inspiring, practical and gave me hope

This book has been life changing for me. I’ve been battling with chronic pain in many forms for years, decades really. I finally reached rock bottom with one more diagnosis without a cure and that led me to seek out an alternative.
I came across Nicole through the Curable App and now believe all my symptoms are TMS (driven by my repressed emotions) and am doing the JournalSpeak work. Already I can see and feel a difference. It’s is astounding.
This book is so accessible, so practical, so inspiring and makes change so achievable. I know things can be different and I know what I can do to make that process happen.

Such a treasure!!

After reading Nicole’s book, I feel so seen. Everything she describes is my life & it means so much to me that she and many others in the book understand the mind-body realm in such great depth. I’ve already seen improvements in my symptoms and am hopeful of how much better I can feel in the future🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
