Very disappointing
I take full responsibility for buying this audiobook before it was available and without any reviews to affirm it was a good choice.
My expectations were ultra high given it is a Bear Grylls publication. It certainly is filled to the brim with insight around WHAT one should be doing to fuel the mind with no substance on HOW one might take steps to apply these concepts.
Bear, maybe the commerciality associated with your brand has got the better of you.
