Mikkel spiller egentlig fodbold på førsteholdet. Det er han ret god til. Men en dag under en vigtig kamp rammer bolden Mikkels arm og der bliver dømt straffe. Det bliver den bedste spiller, Simon, sur over og han begynder at drille Mikkel med at han nok er bedre til håndbold. Mikkel bliver led og ked af det hele og skifter til håndbold ligesom sin far. Til den første træning går det faktisk slet ikke så tosset for Mikkel.
