Another good Slater
One author you know is always reliably very good. A very well thought out complex suspenseful story narrated very well by Annabel Scholey. Many interesting characters that thankfully didn't confuse the plot and the story came together nicely.

Good story and narrator
Good story and characters with enough of a twist. Easy to listen to. Interesting plot and good ending.

Not great..
I was waiting for this book to be released as I’ve loved all previous titles by K.L Slater. And I must say, it was quite the let down and overall underwhelming. The characters names were frustrating to hear over and over, especially when narrated by someone with a mild lisp. The plot was a tad ‘all over the place’ and very unbelievable. Wasn’t gripping or intriguing at all. Which is unlike K.L Slater’s other books which I’ve thoroughly enjoyed.

Not up to K L Slater's usual standard. Very droll and predictable storyline. Narrator rather expressionless.

Such a great mystery!
So we'll written, hiding all the clews till the end, this story grabs you and bundles you along, not wanting to miss a single clue! Narration was clear, expressive and thoroughly professional. Good book, strongly recommended.

I turned to audibooks as I don't have the time to physically read anymore. this was the first audibook I have listened to. it was a great story line that left me hooked for more!

Excellent!!
Loved the unfolding story, with each twist and turn gripping you and not wanting to stop listening!
Recommend! Again narrator was excellent… soft tone- great accents and very listenable!!
