One of my favourite
With this being one of my favourite books in the vampire chronicles, I wish it was never ended, couldn’t get enough. So much more of the story could of continued. Would love a story from Merrick herself.

Smooth and satisfying
Fantastic blending of vampires and Voodoo stuff from David’s past. My one very minor gripe - Aaron has a southern drawl for some reason.

Intriguing, elegant
I love these dark graceful stories by Rice, satisfying and intriguing to read more of these beloved characters. Narrator is exceptional too.
