Exactly enough to provide closure for a lot of things, and the authors notes are a fascinating insight

Great stories

Fills in the gaps in the main story.. Interesting read seeing where some characters ended up and where some came from.

Superb!

Everything neatly tied up and essentially finished in the Expanse universe. I cried at the end, as I did with the TV series ending.

A brief review of each story

Drive was very good. It reminded me of the best qualities in the series that saw me read through it all in the first place.

The Butcher of Anderson Station, also good.

Gods of Risk was so-so. Not terribly enthralling.

The Churn was alright. I always enjoy seeing Amos’s thought process ticking away, and a couple of times in this story he explains his base logic for what would otherwise be some surprising actions.

The Vital Abyss is very good. The perspective of one of the researchers from Thoth.

Strange Dogs wasn’t very interesting. The trajectory felt obvious. But Duarte’s brief appearance and discussion with the little girl was good.

Auberon was better than expected.

The Sins Of Our Fathers was only okay.
