Why Bother? Waste of Time!

35 of the 37 minutes were utter rubbish and the 2 minutes of usefull information didn't make up for it.

Incomplete Information

Although a lot of tips are given, this book does not teach you how to construct a memory palace. It covers more of the theory behind why you remember things.

Somewhat unprofessional reading, but the knowledge given was useful.
