A truly great teacher and meditation

Anyone who said this is boring don't know how to meditate. This is truly one of the great teachers and this meditation is no exemption. A must

Specialist teachings

If you read Joes books you will understand why the meditations are taught this way. It might seem weird otherwise. This is an experience on a deep level. Can’t wait to learn more :)

healing

I listen to it every night to help me find healing and reprogram myself. 😴 I had to listen several times before being able to fully 😴 be in a subconscious state.

life changing

This meditation takes you to new levels of accessing the subconscious and creating lasting change. Helps you wire in new beliefs , thought systems and to release the old.

Simple but Useful

This is a versatile guided meditation. Very helpful as a companion to Break the Habit of Being Yourself but I think a lot of it would work even if you haven't read/listened to that book.

Truly empowering transcendental experience

I love these meditations. It would be helpful to have some shorter versions too since these are around an hour long each, so sometimes hard to fit into busy schedules. No pause between each of the 4 meditations so difficult to stop once each one finishes. I meant to just do number 3 meditation now, which is over an hour, but went into and finished number 4 as well, so went waaay overtime; I had my device on do not disturb too, and didn’t want an alarm to shock me back to reality, so a brief announcement that one has ended would be useful.
The material contained in this title is empowering to say the least. Joe’s voice is wonderful and the music helps to usher you into a trance-like, transcendental state. If I’m tired, I do find it hard not to fall asleep. I love the idea of visualising what you want to be and also stopping the old unhelpful emotions and thoughts you have. Totally helpful in anyone’s quest to become a better version of themselves and reach a higher plane of existence.
Highly recommended.

Amazing mind shifting meditations

If you’ve been stuck in a routine you wanted or need to break free from I would highly recommend these meditations along with Joe’s book. The book explains how to make lasting change and gives you a step by step guide on how to achieve what you want to change in your life. Simply do the work and create your new life. It’s not all new information but Joe explains how you can make lasting change in easy to understand terms that make sense. The meditations help you work on the change at a subconscious level. I love meditation and these meditations are truly powerful.
