Relates and helps so much with my current situation

These books are so well combined together. I have been losing motivation and have issues with my emotions(I did not understand why I keep getting depressed and angry for no reason). This book provided many questions that makes you wonder about yourself and your mental health— and throughout these books, you will have a journey of question and answers of your life. This made me realise how unattached I am to myself and how I treat myself terribly. And because of this, I am starting to change minor things in my life slowly that help me get myself back together. For those that wants to change, this is the book combination i truly recommend.

Practical tips

I really enjoyed this book and the workbook. I made me think I’m not prioritising myself enough to look after my overall wellbeing. Applies for both home, social & work settings.
