Content is insightful but too many repetitions.

Great collection of ideas
Good introduction to Kanban boards and other methods to reveal invisible work. I liked the approach of focussing on the ‘thieves’ of time and how to put them in the spotlight so they can be banished.
Some parts included lots of detailed ideas and things to try which in themselves would take a lot of work so we’re a bit overwhelming. But if you pick out only a few of the suggestions and try them out it would make it worth the read.
