Loved it

Loved it because it changed everything for me. I follow Sarah and have other books now. Found her experience and insights, her honest struggles and wins with neurodiversity and mental health refreshing and helpful. It gave me new information, new ideas and hope.

This book triggers anxiety

The constant repetitive reminders of the anxiety producing triggers in our current world were unnecessary. I had to stop listening after the third chapter. If I wanted to be reminded of the state of the world, I could have simply read the news.

Engaging and hit home

I enjoyed the performances, Sarah especially is easy to listen to and follow. But more importantly, the topics Sarah discusses made a LOT more sense to me than a specialist. I took from it what resonated for me.
Very practical, widely-focused and without the clinical mumbo-jumbo that you get from psychologists etc.

Relatable and enjoyable :)

Sarah has absolutely hit the nail on the head on this one for me. So many things I feel I had suspicions of with my own anxiety have finally been put into words. She doesn’t just offer problems, she offers things to work on and strategies too. Loving every episode :)

Less anxious

I really enjoyed this series and and found that many of the issues and situations discussed resonated strongly with me. No, Sarah's not a Dr or clinician, but is coming from a long personal history of suffering anxiety. Similarly her interviewees are simply telling stories of what has affected them and how they managed the issues. Anyone who has suffered along with anxiety and its crippling effects will know, from hard won experience, what helps alleviate and manage the demons. I have found it only helps to hear of others who have changed their perspectives, and channeled those changes into a force for comfort and strength.

I found the series very interesting and enjoyable and have suggested it to family and friends. If you can set aside your judgemental and critical lenses for a while, this series will be one you can enjoy ;-D

An interesting listen!

I loved it! This podcast is so relevant to this day and age. It really showed that there are so many different aspects to anxiety, and they all have positive sides to them. Even if you aren't personally effected by this, it is so worth the listen. Especially recommend making it to the final episode.
