Pretty much just filler to set up the next book

I feel like this book was just a set up for what I think will happen in the next book. While a few plot lines started, none where concluded. There was some romantic development that was as adorable as it was steamy, it really only covered less than 2 chapters. I honestly feel like everything in this book could have been covered in 5 chapters. It makes me want to know what will happen in the next book, but on its own reading it's disappointing.
