great story and I liked the performance but the original was a little better and it was small things like a one or two names. but I still liked the book.

Easy listening with an enjoyable storyline. Of you are after something fun that you don't have to think to deep, this is the story for you. Good fight scenes, good bit of humour and interesting. Glad I gave it a go!

The protagonist was the antihero type, so antihero that I struggled to find a redeeming quality to him. I felt sorry for him until I read more about his pathetic life and his little regard towards his fellow soldiers, to whom he considered to be his family. It was difficult to come to terms with. Well, at least he wasn’t the “Peter Perfect” type of hero that some authors use.
If I hadn’t have had the 5 story pack, as I probably wouldn’t have bought the second book in the series. I’m glad that it was a package as I greatly enjoyed the series as it progressed. A good story overall, 4 out of 5 stars
