Comprehensive Fitness Program “this is the book I wish I’d found when I started my fitness journey “
I can’t understand the previous review, there was no sayings or even euphemisms that I could find that related to any prior comment. Don’t usually write reviews however after buying & listening to countless nutrition & fitness books this is the one that resonates with me beyond the rest. It’s the perfect combination of up to date science & practical information ie. training program. It’s an entertaining authentic program for fitness. Great resource. Will keep it to reference again.
