About this listen
Romantic mystery with a twist....
Psychic Jessica Wilder was a consultant for the FBI, until she suffered burnout. The visions leave her alone for several months, and she begins a peaceful new life for herself. Suddenly, the visions are back with a vengeance - of children being kidnapped. How can she not try to save them? Detective Jonathan Lansing doesn't believe in psychics, but the young woman in front of him is very convincing. Can she help him track down a kidnapper? Or, is she involved in the crime?
Another child is taken from under their noses. As they follow her turbulent visions through several states and into Canada, Jessie and Johnny discover they want more than a working relationship. Will their desires distract them from finding the children in time?

Terrible narration
What disappointed you about Looking Through the Mist?
The narration was the worst I have heard, it sounds automated. There is no emotion, it was monotone. I will never listen to another book narrated by Cynthia Ann
What was one of the most memorable moments of Looking Through the Mist?
The story line was great. It would have been a great listen from another narrator
How did the narrator detract from the book?
She was terrible. I've never left a negative review before, but I simply cannot tell you how bad it was. I would have given up on it bar for the great storyline
