Publisher's Summary
At 20, Coreen Tarleton had fallen hard for sexy millionaire cowboy Ted Regan. But his rejection had sent her running into the arms of another man, a decision she'd always regretted and an action Ted could never forgive.
But now Ted had a second chance with the widowed Coreen. And though she was far from the naive girl she'd been, her heart still belonged to Ted. But could they get past Regan's pride?

Regan’s Pride
Absolutely loved this book. Listened on audio and Todd McLaren (narrator) does an excellent job. Very sexy voice. This novel by Diana Palmer has all the normal attributes of a typical DP book. Older experienced rich good looking hero. Young heroine (16 years). Loved the hero but he pushed her away due to age difference and he doesn’t trust women because of previous bad experience and of course his mother who left his older father for a younger man. Entering the story is hero’s sister who is best friends with heroine. Heroine enters a marriage with cousin of hero who mistreats her and abuses her. He’s one sick puppy. He has the good grace to kill himself in a car accident while drunk. The story starts at his funeral where the hero believes the very worst of Corrie. Do yourself a favor and read.
