More please sir!?

Yes I wanted more and was surprised the audobook wasn't the whole treatise. Can you please explain why? Apart from this disappointment I enjoyed London as a character in a dense and expansive narrative. Much focus on the Georgian period which saw the growth of London in stature, social expression, and as a topic of study. I will read the whole book now.
