About this listen

Lola Barnes only wants one thing: to get her life under control. No more chasing alphas who abuse and toss away betas like her. No more hiding in her cousin’s apartment licking wounds that won’t heal. Armed with her dream job and her less than dreamy apartment, Lola is ready to start a new chapter of her life without alphas. But that’s easier said than done when one stumbling incident after another leads Lola closer to an alluring pack of captivating men.

These alphas are everything Lola dreamed of, but they already have an omega - a playful male model who won’t stop flirting with her. And Lola is only a beta, one who comes with deep scars and an unshakeable aversion to alphas and their powerful presences. If only she could resist their perfect beta, Leo, whose patience and determination to see her heal breaks down one wall after another.

When the alpha who all but destroyed Lola tries to start a game of cat and mouse that’s all claws, the safest place for Lola may be the one she’s most terrified of, in the arms of an alpha pack.

Nice reverse harem

Pretty sure I could hear the clothes dryer on in the background in the early chapters.

I liked baby and the howlers but Lola and her millionaires are better. I love them. The men are very very sweet.
Lola has big self hate.
She needs to work on herself, in this book Lola gets three of the six of her men. Hoping she gets the other three in book two.

We hear from baby quite a bit and I love that.
The audio was great and I’m going to listen to book two right now.

Fantastic characters

I have read the books several times and listened to this audio at least one a year and they never get hold. These books have an excellent story without being too fluffy or too dark, great characters and great spice of course. This book is the benchmark for all Omegaverse books.

Not bad at all :)

If you're planning on reading Baby and the Howlers - read it first. Made the error of listening to this one first and got a few spoilers. I was too far in to stop- so that's my bad.
Otherwise - Cute story. Lola is likeable and sweet- and wasn't a passive player even though she has a lot to recover from. I liked how much time the author spent with the pack to build up their characters.
Narrators were good and got the job done. Fun, sexy, finished in two days and already bought part 2- although I'm heading back to Baby to hear about her adventures.

When you get French, British and American men in the one pack…perfection

My introduction to Omegaverse and my first book from this author. I am intrigued.

The connection between each of the MMCs and FMC is different and as they get to know each other the dynamics comes through. I’m very keen to see where the relationships go in Part 2 and will be moving straight to it now to read.

Read on Kindle along with listening on Audible and liked the different personalities coming through the narration. Also, French, British and American with gruff, soft spoken and sweet men is the best of all worlds.

Story & Spice

Plenty of storyline, and lots of spice as well! Really enjoyed this, the FMC was well written and not annoying. I'm new to Omegaverse but am loving it so far! Looking forward to number 2.
The only improvement would be the British and French accents of the narrators 😆
