Please change the cat’s name 🤮🤮🤮
I can’t with the cat’s name. I mean….why?? Each time I heard the cat’s name (and it is said A LOT) it really took me out of the story. That and the ongoing cringe use of ‘make love’ 🤮🤮 I enjoyed the story despite these hardships 🤣🤣 I do think Matt’s backstory really didn’t add anything to the the storyline and became frustratingly repetitive. I really couldn’t buy into the ramped up drama of it. You could literally take out that entire storyline and nothing would change. In my view, that makes it pretty pointless. Each part of the story was very predictable but an easy listen and overall enjoyable. All in all, a good audiobook for a freebie.

Light read but a bit too long
Light entertainment in a story that has a few holes. Easy to consume and great contrast to herder hitting books. Should have finished a bit earlier as it went on a little long.

Ugh! Just NO!
Dull, boring, too much about his muscles. No story. I didn’t even bother past the first few chapters. Made me want to bang my head against a wall.

Underwhelming
I think this story had so much more potential. Both of the main characters were immature in behaviour given their ages.
The story had the chance to be more as well, but the ending inarticulate had some serious Disney vibes.
