I think the concept is good, but only if you're living a life of avarice where you feel that you constantly need to "keep up with the Joneses." If you are already living your life with a higher purpose than getting the latest gadget, then you probably don't need this book. Oh, and the frequent quoting from the Bible might get to you if you're not a devout Christian.

Good concept, but heavy on the Bible verses.
