I have listened to this book several times
I thoroughly receive from this book lessons to grow in my spiritual journey. Every time I listen to it I’m reminded of lessons learned or get a new ‘ah huh’ moment because I may have missed it in the previous times I listened to it. I highly recommend this book for those who are willing to open their hearts and receive the insightful lessons in this book.

Science meets spirituality.
Clear, concise and straight to the right steps at the right time for understanding. The author reads the information, which is in my opinion, the best experience and I could listen to him read again and again. Science meets spirituality in this very useful guide to getting through anything life presents to us. Great for moving through heartbreak and grief.
