Brilliant
Enjoyed this very much. The characters in this series are always almost naturally developing more depth. Great narration too.

Disappointed
I usually love The Kaye Scarpetta series. This latest book is boring, it has deviated a little too far from her other plots, to try to encompass too many issues of today. The Ukraine war, chemical warfare, AI technology etc.
it doesn’t work for me. This is just my opinion.

Hmmm - not sure I'd read another
My main problem was that it didn't say a lot, but took a long time to say it. Nonetheless, I stayed the distance. Powerful leading character, and extremely well read.

Not bad!
Hooked me quickly, like so many of her better stories do. This one is a return to form, in my opinion, and the narration was mostly on point. I would recommend to someone wanting a quick, exciting read.

Great modern storyline.
Really enjoyed the narrators performance of the characters, using different voices. Can't wait for the next book!
