Having bipolar disorder definitely has its ups and downs. I have traveled this road for more than a decade. Every day there is something new, from a new symptom to a new medication to try. However hard it gets, the goal is to stay stable and hospital-free. However, sometimes, the hospital is the safest place to be. Come along on my journey of bipolar disorder and how it intertwines with my everyday life. We will take a close look at how my illness impacts my life as a wife, mother, and author.
Additionally, we will learn new facts about bipolar disorder. We will use my master's degree in psychology to bring up statistics and information about bipolar disorder in each chapter. We will use examples from my life and others to bring home hot topics in the world of bipolar disorder.
