Captivating and Calming
Tony takes you on a fantastic simple journey that easily explains the hacks of the Buddha while applying it to real life situations. The narration was easy to follow and digest. I am forever grateful to have been introduced to these hacks and will be listening to this book again and again to get them to settle in
