Short stories and essays
I liked the way the author presented 30 essays of between 7 and 10 minutes on a range of life challenges we all face. The examples were engaging. I found some of the conceptual thinking could have been more robust and the examples used were culturally embedded in an American world view. Having said that, there were lots of good ideas for taking action.
