Content not all good for sleeping minds
I thought this was a great idea until the second night when I woke at 4.30am to “several families were beheaded and burnt in their sleep”
Not really the subliminal content one wants in their sleep…. Wondering what else it’s been saying?
Will go back to listening to Paul Noble’s, French lessons while sleeping.
This book will be better while awake.
