About this listen
Marty the Alien is a fictional cartoon character founded and created in 2005 by Tiana Savage. Marty the Alien books are for children two to six years old.
In this book series, Marty the Alien teaches children about blood pressure testing and how to use a blood-pressure cuff monitor. In the audiobook it also has a blood-pressure measurement chart to teach your children the different blood pressure readings. The book starts off with Marty the Alien on his planet, talking with his brother and sister. When he gets an email from Tommy, who is a human boy on Earth, Marty then goes to Earth to teach Tommy about blood-pressure testing because in the email, Tommy tells Marty that his parents are sick and they both have high blood pressure - and Tommy does not know what to do. It is never too early to teach your children about something so important as having high blood pressure.
The book also teaches your children their numbers from 1 to 10 with different cartoon animals. This is a fun learning book for your children. The story about Marty the Alien is that he is from out er space, and most people think he does not exist. Marty appears only to people who believe he is real. Marty loves to play, sing, and dance; that's why he shows up only if there are children around he can play with. Most of the time, he will show up on a child's birthday, but he is always around to teach children from his storybooks. He is known to teach children colors, spelling, and how to count. He may be from outer space, but he speaks English. Marty is a young alien boy who is still learning himself, so don't be mad if you are one of the lucky people to happen to see Marty and he doesn't know something, but he learns fast.
