Amazing series, what a ride!
This has been an amazing series, just finished book 10! MC life in dystopian world; that grows to a battle to save humanity, in this slow burn reverse harem romance, with support from higher powers revealing later in the series. (But still realistic). Female lead is a war medic who sticks by her morals and sheer willpower to protect others and survive. I loved the honest reactions by the characters - where betrayal isn’t forgiven on the next page of the book; as in life - emotional wounds take time to heal.
The concept of multiple men takes time for some to wrap their heads around. Likewise, the fierce love grows as we journey the highs and lows with the characters, with romances building as we progress in the books with both set backs and strides forward, and of course hot steamy romance (juicy, but sweet loving context), where I had to double check my earphones were plugged in just in case. And very different but well balanced men who grow to adore their girl; with teary struggles, unexpected cliff hangers, edge of your seat intense action, but all lightened with laugh out loud moments from the fun loving stirring of the men. Both narrators did an amazing job, not only with all the different characters having distinct voices, but also different accents and some Spanish from the Sth American lead character. Sad to end this series and looking forward to seeing more from Crystal Ash; and also looking into other books these narrators have done - some of my best narrators. Highly recommend this series.

MadMax meets Handmaids Tale - Dystopian RH Romance

This was a really interesting read! The world is dystopian, similar to Handmaids Tale where women are in a very disadvantaged state, they're not allowed to study, be educated, work, and pretty much powerless. Our main character is firstly Latina <3 and kick-ass travelling nurse. Her path crosses with the Steel Demons MC, a notorious motorcycle club who live by their own rules and they decide to keep her, since they just happened to need a nurse. The MC Prez has a bonded dog!

- POC fem-lead (latina) + one of the blokes in the harem is also POC latina
- steamy but no spice at this stage
- very short novels and light plotting (character focused)
- easy plot, quick read, binge worthy
