James Creed, the man who can travel through time using his mind as a weapon, continues his journey in the town of Hartford, CT, in the year 1944, where he takes over the body of a police officer. All the while, another dark figure emerges from the shadows to offer James a deal he can't refuse. In his quest to save his loved ones, he discovers newfound abilities to manipulate time, and keep him one step ahead of the Land of Death and Destiny.
