Great refresher
I have already read the hard copy years ago so it was great to have a refresher and be able to listen while driving.

A hard listen
Very deep. The narrator has done a good job reading this. I can imagine reading it aloud would not be easy.
I had to listen to parts over and over at times in order to best comprehend the text and details described.
I would like to see a rewrite of the text with less "Black" and "White" references, with more modern terms such as "Dark and Light" in thier place. I can understand that some people hearing this for the first time and without an openminded approach could easily take it the wrong way.

On point and to the point
Rudolf Steiner is often talked about as being hard to understand: I did not experience this. This book is clear and concise. I think people struggle because they indulge in the mind far too much: something that Steiner even refers to as being a major hindrance in one’s development. This is essentially a how to guide on becoming beyond the physical self.
