I didn't feel like I had enough direction for actionable info create contact was really good though all these incredibly intelligent just felt the book could have had a bit more Direction

A good book, but could have been much better.
there is some great information in this book, especially the chapters regarding toxins.
Unfortunately overall I struggled with the book.
Too many repetitions...
i.e. not eating in the last 3 hours before bed, must have been repeated at least 20 times throughout the book.
