Great story. Bad male voice choice
I love the story and the female who is reading her part is wonderful but the male who is reading for his parts is grating when he attempts to do the female voice. I found this book so hard to listen too. I wish I have bought it on Kindle or hard copy instead of Audible. I can't finish it with his attempts at a female voice, though you can tell he really puts in an effort and is great with the male voice. His female vocal attempts are painful, high pitched and unpleasant. I am sorry for such a harsh review but I can not finish the book due to this.

Male voice Horrific!
Love this author and have enjoyed all the books in this series so far BUT the male narrator in this book is terrible! ruined all the previous characters with his weird vocal. Sorry 1 star!

ok but lacking in depth of storyline.
Not much of a complicated storyline. very straight forward. I didn't enjoy one of the narrators. The speed was too fast and the intonation and pausing was all wrong and took away from the feelings trying to be portrayed.

Male narrator needs work
The male narrator did not do axel justice 😢 he was also terrible at the female voice and spoke way too fast with no expression.
I have LOVED this series and all other performances.
