Life changing!!
This book has truly changed my Life!!! I love that it has forced me to let go of all my limiting beliefs and the old stories that have held me back for so long. Really practical steps if you are willing to do the work. Thank you Nope for coming into my life. And love even more that you narrated it. Wouldn't have had the same impact otherwise.

Highly recommend. Noor is an Inspirational Woman.
Highly recommend. This book will encourage you to transform your life. Noor is a delight to listen to and really knows her stuff. She has a fantastic understanding of the human mind. This book helps teach you how to shift your thinking and help you to do whats needed, to make your dreams a reality. make the most of everyday and to go out there and JFDI . Just f’ing read it.
This book was just what I needed. Good stories that are relatable just enough science and a huge dose of commonsense. The author is brilliant and I can’t wait to see/hear her next book.
