Great Book, Great Human Being
This is yet another book designed for the good of humanity from a person that chose to do so for the good of humanity. Just like others in this field, Wim Hof, Patrick Mckewon etc, the guides in this book provide a way to find some inner peace through the most easiset of methods, breath work. Highly recommend

Must listen
Absolutely loved it, I have re-listened to this multiple times and will continue to go back through as there is so much valuable information inside. Every time I listen I seem to pick up something new. Highly recommend would have to be the most beneficial audiobook I have listened to

I would be much better without the woo-woo
This book is good reinforcement to do healthy breathing practices. There is tons of science backing, and consensus about the health benefits of breathing properly and doing breathing/relaxation practices. But talking about chakras and meridians and other woo-woo, as though it’s factual and not just some people’s believes, is uninformed, narrowminded and makes me lose faith in everything mentioned in the book.
This book is not recommended for rational people .
