"It’s funny, it’s daft-yet-relatable, it’s still a nerve-jangly thriller and it moves at a cracking pace. In fact, if you’re stuck in a bit of a reading rut, it’s just the palate cleanser you need.” (Emerald Street)
"This one is even better than the one before. Buy!” (John Lenahan, best-selling author, magician and voice of the toaster in Red Dwarf)

totally enjoyed all 13 hours and 21 minutes
A wonderfully lighthearted, but in parts gripping book. Fabulous characters and perfectly narrated. A very welcome escape from all the gloom and doom.

Jonathon Fairfax is just lovely
This book is utterly delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed it and its predecessor and am now going to listen to both again.

Great fun!
Jonathan Fairfax is the quintessentially English antihero. Sweet and awkward but somehow seems to get things done. This is a rollicking story full of breathtaking twists and turns and lots of laugh out-loud moments. Excellently narrated as well.
