About this listen
Finally, a fun and easy way to learn REAL conversational Japanese!
We believe the best way to learn vocabulary - by far - is to study words within their proper context. The dialogues found herein are all about context and how Japanese is actually used among friends and new acquaintances.
Each dialogue has three tracks associated with it. The "Japanese dialogues" are all recorded by native voice actors and actresses.
First, the dialogue is presented naturally and all in Japanese. You may want to listen to this short track several times and try to guess the meaning.
The second sound file covers the vocabulary found in the dialogue. Every word is defined with the English meaning spoken after the Japanese.
The third sound file for each dialogue has the dialogue again but leaves space for repetition. Try to mimic the Japanese speakers in sound and presentation.

I love the format. Just what i need right now.
What did you like most about Japanese Dialogues: Meeting and Greeting?
I need more spoken Japanese at a fairly beginner level. This fits nicely with my current progress. I need to refer to the eBook version (I purchased both versions, as they are so well priced) to figure out some of the dialogue, as some bits are more advanced, but that is all part of the learning.
The presentation: native, native+vocal, native+repetition works well for me.
What about Yumi Boutwell and Clay Boutwell ’s performance did you like?
Clear and concise.
