I always love Jane Austen, but …

This compilation has a single reader, which isn’t horrible. But, the transitions between books - especially the last one - makes the stories run together a bit and can be really confusing at times. It claims that the final novel starts in Chapter 310, but that is the final chapter in Northanger Abbey and Chapter 311 starts with “The two young ladies waiting …” The last novel is one of the few I am not familiar with, so was SUPER confused by the complete lack of introduction or transition into that final novel. And what’s with the German audible file interludes? If you’re new to Jane Austen, I would not recommend getting this grouping to really enjoy Jane Austen’s novels in audio format. If you already love her novels & just want a cheap bunch of audiobook versions, then go for it.

Terrible product

Initually it was tedious to listen to. The audio breaks are untitles so it is impossible to navigate through to select a novel to listen to. Monotonous narrator. Then suddenly after about 6 hours of listening the audio stopped and I couldn't hear anything. I think this was a blessing in disguise.

Awful narration made it unlistenable.

The narration and accent of the reader completely ruined this experience. I gave up after 10 minutes.
