Sanity, and life saving insights

I cannot organise my thoughts at the moment, and will return to edit once, I do, but I am overcome with gratitude for Dr. Ramani having the courage and grit to not be silenced in her tireless work on this insidious and harmful behaviourpatterns and personality type. This book saved my life, without exaggeration. Years of therapy, but so much I was so accustomed to I didn't even know to bring it up in sessions. Decades of treatment resistant major depressive disorder, cPTSD and PTSD, and I finally understand why I was not recovering or responding to medication and tireless use of therapeutic tools on my thoughts, interpersonal communication, etc. If you are drawn to Dr. Ramani's work, this book will be life-changing

Compassionate and empathetic

Dr Ramani is a breath of fresh air with her authentic and compassionate approach of how to deal with narcissistic abuse.
I loved hearing her voice read the text as this is healing in itself. This book has given me the tools I need to recover from a lifetime of gaslighting and a family full of narcissts. I'm so grateful.

FABULOUS AND VALUABLE INFORMATION

I had heard of Narcissistic behaviour before but I never really looked into it. This book was fabulous in making the average person understand exactly what Narcissistic behaviour is and it goes really deep.
Thank you for an amazing book.
