An excellent book, I highly recommend it for business culture

I listen to at least one book a week, over 12 hours a week listening to casts and books on 1.5 speed and this is now in my top 10. It is the missing piece I was looking for, to hand to my clients who I know need to improve the culture in their small business, and performance of their team.
