Great book
Very eye opening and captivating book. I think it really helped me to understand myself and my trauma a whole lot more than any other book I’ve read so far.

Started out good. interesting concept
some interesting psychology techniques. needed more evidence based research, too much mindfulness and new age mysticism than spiritual concepts.
