Great advice for adults struggling with ADHD

I absolutely loved this book! I've listened to and read other life advice books for adults with ADHD, but this particular one is definitely a favourite of mine. It's so well organised, with relatable stories for each chapter and great advice, which I'm already finding myself implementing into my life.

The chapters are perfectly labled for each difficulty anyone with ADHD might be struggling to deal with in their lives. It seems to have everything you could think of, from RSD, over or under stimulation, burnout, sleep; the list goes on. This made it easy for me to skip around to the issues I was most interested in getting advice for, then worked my way around to all the other chapters too, as they were just as insightful.

The PDF worksheets are also a really great addition and will really help you organise your thoughts and help you have a visual plan in place for certain issues you may want to work on.

I really appreciate the author for putting this book together so well! I'm so happy I stumbled across it and I'm sure I'll be referencing it whenever I need a little advice for one of the many struggles ADHD brings to life.
