Ten years have passed since The 108 arrived on Airon. They’ve settled into a comfortable existence, immersing themselves in the awareness that is Airon, bonding with the friendly Aironians, and starting families of their own.
One quiet night, the ship detects an anomaly in the familiar sky: a decelerating mass. The ship knows the mass is a starship, and it’s traveling from Earth, heading straight to Airon.
