本店の看板の上に設置されている赤いクリップが伊東屋のシンボル。
ペンやノートがずらりと並ぶ店内はカラフルで、幅広いラインナップがウリ。
ほかの店ではなかなか手に入らない海外の文房具も揃い、「伊東屋にない文房具はない」と言われるほどです。
本店の建物内ではレタスやルッコラなどが水耕栽培されており、その野菜はカフェでいただくことができます。
