About this listen

The planet is brimming with diet fads. We had diet pills in the nineties. If you didn't have a juicer, you missed out on life's quintessential well-being boosters in the early nineties. Now, we've been blessed with green tea pads that reduce the size of the tummy, and if you don't feel like a Neanderthal, then you're already at a disadvantage.

As a rule, I am very critical of all fads. If something is claimed to be revolutionary and game changer in the weight loss world, then chances are it's just marketing jargon to sell whatever is trendy. If there's ever been a fad to jump on board, though, it's intermittent fasting, and I'm so excited to share what I've learned about it with you.
