I discovered intentionality in a very personal way at the beginning of 2012 and have shared the principles and concepts with individuals and teams in my executive coaching practice ever since. Intentionality is not complicated. It’s actually a surprisingly simple concept. Better yet, achieving results by practicing intentionality is surprisingly simple and FREE. Following an intentional approach empowered me to lose fifty pounds over eight months in a natural, healthy, and sustainable manner. And it was relatively easy. I have coached many business teams who have become better leaders, more cohesive, better communicators, and with a more engaging culture.
