The Narrators did a great job!
The story moved along fine.
I'm a bit 50/50 with this series. I've given it 4 stars cause over all it was ok and different, but there are a few things that I would have liked more of and also who Ember ends up with.
I do recommend this series and to give it a go.

Garret to me is boring brooding ehh
Riley fun, interesting and sassy.
I feel like Julie Kagawa the author seems to always go for the brooding one as it's the same in the 'Iron Fae series.' Which to me is really boring as the characters are always dull and brooding.
For me personally it would have been more interesting if she ended up with Riley as it makes more sense with the dragon bonding. Also they were just more interesting.
Ember with Garret was boring and the only reason to me it feels like they are together is to bring 'The order' and dragons together like an alliance and that's it. There is no chemistry or back and forth banter.
Also what ever happened to the other dragon on the Island? I feel like there are a few unanswered questions.
Anyway give it a go and see what you think.

10/10
this is a well written ,although fairly predictable, feel good book. if you are looking for a dragon themed novel with a bit of everything and a dreamers ending look no further. extremely injoyable and easy read.

Bad YA novel
Bad romance writing
Annoying love triangle
No character development
Plot armor so thick it hurts
I only finished this series because I hate leaving thing unfinished.
I'm glad to never touch these books again.
