Publisher's Summary

Do you worry about forgetting things? Are you afraid of sitting exams and tests? Do you wish you could be calmer and more focused? This audio contains tracks that will help you relax and feel calmer about studying for and sitting exams or tests. You are guided through a self-hypnosis process that helps you create a place of relaxation that you can go to in your mind’s eye. The improve-your-memory audio will guide you through steps that you can take to help you feel calmer about remembering and recalling information. Relaxed exams and tests help you to be calmer as you approach the examination day and to use the tips and techniques to help yourself be more focused and calm, both before and on the day of the exam or test.

The tracks are designed to help you think differently about remembering information and about exams and tests.

Customer Feedback: "I listened to this before my exams, and I certainly felt a lot calmer. I used the techniques to help me calm down and was able to concentrate better. I didn’t panic when I found I couldn’t answer a question. I just breathed deeply and moved on."
