About this listen

Hailed for its “masterful storytelling” by Fandom, the groundbreaking Audible Original series continues.

The stakes couldn’t be higher. Darcy, who once seemed to be our only hope for surviving the vampire apocalypse, has gone to the dark side—she’s now the reigning vampire queen. Meanwhile, her sister Hope must lead the charge to save humanity—on a path that’s taking her straight to Darcy.

Will an emboldened Hope destroy her own sister to save the world? Would a godlike Darcy ever allow that to happen? They say hope is a dangerous thing, and they just might be right.

I really enjoyed this audio series, the story line is refreshing and different take on vampires and I love the dunraven sisters their connection is compelling and you are rooting for them each season. I do sometimes think all the posh English accented female characters can blur and I have to guess who is talking or wait for a name to be thrown around but overall excellent production.

Well performed, characters sometimes sound pretty similar so hard to tell who’s who. Story is alright, fair bit of erotic audio on this one.

I found it hard to hear the voice over the sound effects particularly in episode 5 hence why I marked this down a star. Otherwise I am really enjoying this series and the characters
